My Psychotherapy and Counselling assist people in creating a deeper understanding of forces that drive us and reasons underlying our behaviours. The psychotherapy process helps with coming to terms with difficult life experiences, which leads to an enhanced position to resolve both inner and external conflicts. The result is a higher quality of life, better relationships and a stronger self.
